Which areas do you cover?

 

We are based on the Derbyshire/Staffordshire border, therefore we have a broad radius of work which is easy for us to reach, recently we have done a lot of work in and around Nottingham and Derby.

 

Can you take us to see some of your building projects?

 

Absolutely, we prefer to show you the type of work we have undertaken and the quality of our work.

 

Can we speak to some of your customers on the phone?

 

Yes, if you prefer to phone instead of making a site visit, we can arrange this.

 

Do you have good relationships with local planning offices?

 

Yes, it's essential.  The building inspector signs off the building project at various stages so keeping them informed of progress and/or getting materials approved is essential to keep the project moving along on time.

 

Do you provide a quotation in writing?

 

Yes, a written quote is provided after an initial meeting/discussion about your project so you know exactly what you're paying for.  A detailed specification (often provided by an architect) is also ideal for us to quote against.

 

How and when are project payments made?

 

A payment profile is agreed with you after the quotation is accepted.  This will have agreed milestones and the final payment is always after complete sign off of the project by the building inspector. We never ask for payment in advance, only as we go through the project and after each stage is completed.
